Pixdion operates as an independent product under the Braincraft umbrella brand. For privacy, legal, support, or security questions, contact info [at] pixdion.com.
1. What we collect
- Account details: email address, login state, account preferences, and support messages.
- Generation data: prompts, selected options, generated game metadata, playable files, thumbnails, and related quality signals.
- Billing records: invoice id, payment status, amount, currency, coin balance, and refund status. Pixdion never stores card details or wallet credentials.
- Security and reliability logs: request ids, timestamps, error traces, abuse signals, and limited device/browser data needed to protect the service.
2. What we do not collect
- National ID, postal address, bank-card numbers, or wallet private keys.
- Advertising cookies, cross-site ad trackers, or browser fingerprinting profiles.
- Private project files unless you intentionally upload or generate them inside Pixdion.
3. How we use data
- To create, host, preview, publish, and share games.
- To operate accounts, billing, coins, support, fraud prevention, and security controls.
- To improve Pixdion templates, skills, audits, and generation quality using product-safe signals.
- To comply with legal, tax, payment, and abuse-prevention obligations.
4. Storage and providers
Data runs on managed Pixdion infrastructure and carefully selected service providers. Account records, game records, generated files, AI generation requests, payment processing, and operational analytics are handled only where needed to provide the product. Provider access is limited by role, contract, and security controls.
5. Cookies and analytics
Pixdion uses a session token to keep you signed in and protect account actions. We use privacy-preserving aggregate analytics for product health and performance. We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Retention
Account and game data remain available while your account is active. Security logs are kept for a limited operational window. Billing records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud, or dispute handling.
7. Your rights
- Access: ask for a copy of account and generation records tied to your email.
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate account information.
- Deletion: email us from your account address; we process deletion requests within 72 hours unless retention is legally required.

8. Children
Pixdion is intended for users 13 years and older. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we remove the account and related personal data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as Pixdion changes. Material updates are announced in the product or by email when appropriate.
