Pixdion Terms of Service

Pixdion operates as an independent product under the Braincraft umbrella brand. For legal, billing, support, or security questions, contact info [at] pixdion.com.

1. The service

Pixdion helps users create playable browser games from prompts, settings, uploaded assets, and generated assets. Output may include a playable build, preview images, metadata, share pages, and embed pages.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login access secure.
• You are responsible for prompts, uploaded assets, published games, and account activity.
• Pixdion may limit, pause, or remove accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not create or publish pornographic content, severe graphic violence, hate content, harassment, malware, scams, or instructions for illegal activity.
• Do not upload assets you do not have rights to use.
• Do not use automation to overload Pixdion, bypass billing, scrape private areas, or attack other users.
• Real-money gambling, financial wagering, and exploitative monetization are not allowed.

4. Ownership and licensing

• Your prompt and generated game content remain yours, subject to any rights in assets you provide or select.
• Commercial use is limited to prototypes, previews, embeds, and sharing until a dedicated licensing workflow is available in the product.
• Pixdion may host, reproduce, transform, test, cache, and display your generated game only as needed to operate the product.
• Pixdion templates, skills, workflows, platform code, audits, and internal tools remain Pixdion property.
• Some catalog assets may include open, licensed, or attribution-based material. Do not remove license notices if they are included with an export.

5. Coins and billing

• Pricing appears on /pricing. Coin packs are one-time purchases unless a future plan clearly says otherwise.
• One coin normally represents one generation attempt. Exact cost may vary if a feature clearly shows a different price before you run it.
• Unused coins do not expire while Pixdion continues operating the current coin system.
• Payment details are handled by payment providers. Pixdion stores payment status and account credit records, not card or wallet credentials.

6. Refunds

• Unused purchased coins can be reviewed for refund within 14 days by emailing info [at] pixdion.com.
• Spent coins are generally non-refundable because generation work was performed.
• If a generation fails because of a Pixdion system error, Pixdion may return the coin or provide another generation attempt.

7. Publishing and public games

• You control whether a game is kept private, shared, embedded, or published when those controls are available.
• Published games may appear in public pages, galleries, search previews, and share cards.
• Pixdion may remove public games that violate law, rights, safety rules, or these terms.

8. Availability

Pixdion is provided on a best-effort basis. We work to keep it reliable, but no formal uptime guarantee is offered in the current release.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Pixdion is provided as-is. Generated output may contain bugs, visual defects, or unexpected behavior. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pixdion is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or specific generated results. Pixdion's maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid Pixdion in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as Pixdion evolves. Material updates are announced in the product or by email when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are interpreted under the law of Iran, unless mandatory local consumer protection law says otherwise. Disputes should first be addressed by contacting info [at] pixdion.com.
