Pixdion ابزار تولید بازی مرورگری ۲D با هوشمصنوعی است. شما یک جمله مینویسید، ما یک بازی Phaser تحویل میدهیم. بازی به نام شما میزبانی میشود و قابل share/embed است.
۲. استفادهی مجاز
Prompt شما نباید شامل: محتوای پورنوگرافی، خشونت شدید، تنفر نژادی، نقض حق نشر تأیید شده، یا تشویق به فعالیت غیرقانونی باشد.
بازیهای قمار با پول واقعی ممنوع است. archetype های کازینوی ما برای سرگرمی هستند و امکان بازی با پول واقعی ندارند.
Bot ها / scraper های خودکار باید از public API ما استفاده کنند (نه از حساب کاربری انسانی).
۳. مالکیت معنوی
بازی شما → مال شماست. Pixdion میزبانی میکند ولی هیچ حقی روی محتوای تولیدی شما ندارد.
Sprite های کاتالوگ ما (Kenney/Ansimuz/Pixabay و …) با لایسنسهای CC0/Pixabay/royalty-free هستند. بازی نهایی شما میتواند تجاری شود.
پلتفرم Pixdion (کد، archetype ها، wisdom skills) مال Pixdion (تحت Braincraft) است. این لایسنس نمیشود.
۴. پرداخت و کوین
قیمتگذاری روی /pricing — coin pack های یکبار خرید از $۱۱ تا $۱۴۹.
هر coin = یک generation. coin های مصرفنشده منقضی نمیشوند.
پرداخت از طریق NowPayments (کریپتو + کارت). هیچ subscription یا auto-renew فعلاً نیست.
۲ coin رایگان روی signup.
۵. سیاست بازگشت وجه
coin های مصرفنشده: ۱۴ روز پس از خرید قابل بازگشت با درخواست به [email protected].
coin های مصرفشده: غیرقابل بازگشت (سرویس انجام شده).
اگر generation بهعلت bug ما fail شود: coin بهصورت خودکار refund میشود (در حال toiloring).
۶. در دسترس بودن سرویس
SLA رسمی نداریم در نسخهی فعلی. ما تلاش میکنیم 99% uptime ارائه دهیم؛ downtime های برنامهریزیشده از قبل اعلام میشوند.
۷. تعلیق / پایان
اگر شرایط را نقض کنید (محتوای ممنوع، سوءاستفاده از API)، حساب شما تعلیق و بازیهای در حال هاست حذف میشوند. اعتبار coin قابل refund نیست.
۸. سلب مسؤولیت
Pixdion "as-is" ارائه میشود. ما برای از دست رفتن داده، قطعی، یا نتایج خاصی که از prompt تولید میشوند مسؤولیت نمیپذیریم. حداکثر مسؤولیت ما = مبلغی که در ۱۲ ماه اخیر به ما پرداخت کردهاید.
۹. تغییر شرایط
تغییرات قابل توجه از طریق ایمیل به ۷ روز قبل اعلام میشوند. ادامهی استفاده پس از تغییر = پذیرش.
۱۰. قانون حاکم
این شرایط تحت قوانین ایران (محل ثبت Braincraft) تفسیر میشوند. اختلافات از طریق میانجیگری حل میشوند.
Pixdion is an AI 2D browser-game generator. You write a sentence; we deliver a Phaser game. The game is hosted under your account and is shareable / embeddable.
2. Allowed use
Your prompt must not include: pornographic content, severe violence, racial hatred, confirmed copyright infringement, or encouragement of illegal activity.
Real-money gambling games are not permitted. Our casino-style archetypes are for entertainment only and don't support real-money wagering.
Bots / scrapers must use our public API (not a human user account).
3. Intellectual property
Your game → yours. Pixdion hosts but holds no rights to your generated content.
Catalogue sprites (Kenney / Ansimuz / Pixabay / etc.) ship under CC0 / Pixabay / royalty-free licences. Your final game can be commercial.
The Pixdion platform (code, archetypes, wisdom skills) is owned by Pixdion (under Braincraft) and is not licensed to you.
4. Payment and coins
Pricing at /pricing — one-off coin packs from $11 to $149.
One coin = one generation. Unused coins do not expire.
Payment via NowPayments (crypto + card). No subscription or auto-renew at this time.
2 free coins on signup.
5. Refund policy
Unused coins: refundable within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected].
Spent coins: non-refundable (service was rendered).
If a generation fails due to our bug: coin auto-refunded (rolling out).
6. Service availability
No formal SLA in the current release. We target 99% uptime; planned downtime is announced in advance.
7. Suspension / termination
If you violate these terms (prohibited content, API abuse), your account is suspended and hosted games are removed. Remaining coin credit is non-refundable in suspension cases.
8. Disclaimer
Pixdion is provided "as-is". We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or specific outputs derived from your prompts. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Changes to terms
Material changes are announced by email 7 days in advance. Continued use after the change = acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are interpreted under the law of Iran (Braincraft's registration jurisdiction). Disputes are resolved via mediation.
